With Total Fit Bench you will be able to perform more than 200 exercises to reach your goal. It is perfect for strengthening the core, increasing strength, flexibility and defining your abs and glutes.
This bench is practical and functional not only for its versatility to perform exercises, but also for its ease of moving it from one space to another thanks to the integrated wheels and its wide handle. It also has a folding backrest and four storage areas: two on the sides to store the dumbbells and two at the ends for the rest of the material.
