Consoles
Monthly:
- Rinse the screen with an approved solution. Do not use acid cleaning products.
- Check Channel Up/Channel Down functions and volume.
- Verify that the numeric keypad can be used to change channels.
- Check that the headphone jack works.
Quarterly basis: *
- Verify that the home page is programmed correctly.
- Verify that the video image is clear on all channels.
- Verify that the audio matches the video.
Semi-annually: **
- Verify that the channel offering matches the facility’s requirements.
- Verify that the decorative cable cover is fully intact and properly aligned.
